It's practically impossible to cover top contenders for each event in a regular newspaper article preview, so I've done my best to preview the Class AAA Region III meet, to be held Wednesday at the University of Charleston's Laidley Field. For my regional meet preview article in the Daily Mail, click here.
In the mean time, here is a list of expected top performers for each event as determined by rankings taken from www.runwv.com as well as my interviews with several local track coaches.
Later, I'll post a breakdown for Class AAA Region IV.
